realm stuck on loading terrain

when i try to log in to my realm it stuck on loading terrain and after 2-3 min its just says connection lost but it does work at certain hours of the day mostly at night after 1 am 

but at the other times i cant connect.

i can connect to server and to singleplayer 

the issue started after the 1.13 update before that it worked fine 

my friends can connect 

and i tried reinstaling but it still doesnt work 

pls help !
