Cannot access realm

My realm stopped backing up 14 hours ago. Nobody has been able to login today. I checked to see if my subscription was inactive or if I had to update my launcher, but both seem okay. I am also able to log into other realms so my PC isn't the issue either. Our loading bar goes to about 1/3 full and then stops. Then it says to try again later. Thank you!
