Blank white box appears when try to purchase realm.

I tried almost 20 time now to purchase a subscription for realm plus and after I authorize the payment on my banking app... well nothing happens, this white box just doesn't load. I've tried updating the windows, the Minecraft launcher, the Xbox app. I even tried logging off and on on the apps, uninstalling and reinstalling everything but that stupid box just keep standing in my way. Did I mention that I tried this process on multiple devices? Is it really that hard for you guys to take my money? I'm sick of these white boxes. I had another white box on Minecraft Dungeons that was stopping me from logging in.
