My realm does not let me plant nor does it let me turn on the nether portal at certain points

I've been playing my realm with my friends for a week, everything was normal, we added some addons and they worked and we continued playing, we made our house and everything was working normally.

There came a time when when I wanted to grow fir trees with bone powder it wouldn't let me, I put more than 1 stack of bone powder to some trees and they didn't grow, then when I was making my crops it wouldn't let me plant my seeds It was well lit and had enough water. Only in some places it let me plant and now when I wanted to make my nether portal when I turned it on it didn't work and it is well done.

The strange thing is that if I go more than 100 blocks from where my house is, I can do everything that I can't do at home and I want to know what can be done to solve it.
