Realm paid for 7/3/24, says I have 5 days left on 7/4/24

I paid for my realm on 7/3/24 through Microsoft's website, after the first attempt denied due to an outdated payment method. A day later, 7/4/24, it says I have 5 days left on my realm and it says that the start date was 6/3/24. What the hell? I've already dished out $8.50 again and it's now not giving me the month? Was there a change where its $8.50 for 5 days? Seriously, why? Please fix this. This is in private as it contains billing history of mine The crossed out numbers on the Microsoft website are me hiding the card numbers, but that's it. Should I just let this run and hope it doesn't actually kill my realm? What should I do? Why is this happening?
