Realm Crashing Constantly.

For some reason, my friends realm is crashing alot, we have done all we can to try and resolve this issue, it works, but only for a few days. This randomly occured with the 1.13 update once the realm was updated to it. This is not a problem my friend can resolve, so him and i are requesting that mojang fixes this issue as it is a problem with their database, as we can only acess the realm so far even with my friend being the owner and buyer of it.
