white screen bug after (press enter), minecraft realms

I'm having a very annoying problem (bug) which is the following, after I open Minecraft on my cell phone and go to (enter) in the left corner of the screen, a written message appears (signing in with your Microsoft account) and Minecraft It takes me to a page (probably the login page), but when I enter it, it freezes the screen and there is this white screen of the screenshot I put there, it's been happening for 2 days, and I've already tried everything, restarting, reinstalling , changing the resolution size, and nothing works.
