I buy the Realm but the game don't give me the Realm

I have a big problem, I buy the Realm service in Nintendo switch console and I have the payment in Nintendo Eshop but didn't have the Realm. When I buy the Service the game showed me the next mensage "An error has occurred, if the problem lasts 1 more day, contact Mojang" (something like this). The payment ocurried 05/18/2024
