Custom Heads not working in Realms

Hi, I'm running a realm on MC Java 1.20.6 and cannot spawn custom heads from command blocks as I previously could on 1.20.4. I don't think I attempted on 1.20.5. Additionally to this, clicking on the previous custom heads I have around my realm, they spawn into my inventory as Steve heads. Please help I miss my custom heads
