Minecraft Realm with add-ons crashes whenever you try to load the world

Whenever anyone tries to join the realm it crashes if the realm has add-ons. I’ve tried making new worlds for the realm with the add-ons and it has the same problem, the whole game will crash. I’ve also tried downloading the world and playing single player and it worked fine yesterday but today it will crash on the loading screen. I’ve gone through support already and none of their tips helped
