Back Button in "Edit Realm" Menu is Unresponsive

Almost every time I go into the settings menu for my Realm, I get stuck when I try to exit.

The Back Button is completely unresponsive and the only way to get out of the Realms Settings Menu is to close the game and relaunch it. This action also causes any changes you make to not be applied because the game can't update the world files due to the Back Button not working.
