One Player having SocketException:ConnectionReset error message

One player on our realm began to have issues with their connection to the server after a day of playing. It started by never letting them join into the game but eventually began to let them join for five minutes at a time before a few kicks in rapid succession of each other.

The error message they receive is "SocketException: Connection Reset"

 

They have tried things on the MC-227913 issue as well as other methods such as disabling/enabling a VPN and disabling a lightly modded client.
