UI stops working - Hotbar scrolling, item use, inventory, and pause menu.

When playing on a bedrock edition realm on windows 11, the UI will inevitably stop working.  I can't scroll through my hotbar at all, I cant open my inventory, I can't even open the pause menu to quit out.  Even if I happen to be holding a tool or item before this starts happening, I won't be able to use said item.  I am still capable of moving around, using elytra, jumping, etc.

This happens most frequently after going through a portal, but it sometimes happens when quickly reloading chunks.
