Unable to join realm - continuously disconnects.

Please note: I've already searched through the help pages. My issue was not found there. 

SUMMARY: My realm keeps disconnecting for any player that tries to join. It won't let me, or anyone else in. The world works perfectly fine as a local world. Not as a realm. In addition, it keeps making backups about every 5 mins, as if progress is being made – when it is not. 

THINGS I'VE TRIED: 

1. Backing up the realm. 1 hour, 5 hours, 24 hours. 
2. Removing/adding addons. 
3. Changing the realm to a different world. 
4. Stopping and restarting the realm. 
5. Checking my internet connection (of course I did – however, the realm disconnects for all players, not just me. I'm still able to join other realms)
6. Contacting Microsoft & Minecraft support
7. Closing and restarting the realm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

The world is not the problem. It works perfectly fine when I transferred it to my OTHER realm (this is not a solution, as my entire player base is on the original realm – over 1,000 members).
