Crashing Realms using /me exploit

I've reported this privately and no word for more than a month. 

It is possible to make a realm unresponsive and kick all players by using a crafted /me command using the ingame chat. It's also possible to DOS a realm repeatedly. 

There are two different versions of the exploit I am aware about. I don't want to do ask for help on public forums, so please respond.
