Sign and renamed name tags turn all characters into #

Typing words on the sign and after pressing "Esc", it turns all text into the hash tag "#". The same applies to name tag too, after renaming a name tag in a anvil, it will turn all all typed characters into hash tags; for example "text" will turn into "####".
