Minecraft realms will not reset to a new world when reset world is pressed

I have had this problem in the past and was supposedly resolved, but I am unable to create a new world file add when replaced... It would be nice if it was also easier to download worlds for world transfer to other devices.

 

I did try uploading a video but submission was too large, but it was posted on reddit
