Timed out : Third of three realm save slots not connecting

After the game updated a about a week ago the realm stopped letting players join. "Failed to Connect to the Server: Timed Out" I reset my computer, reset my internet connection, uninstalled the game and redownloaded it, uninvited all players and reinvited them to the realm, but it refused to work and gave the same error. I experimented and found that my first two save slots worked just fine, so I downloaded the problematic world and assigned it to a working save slot but it seems the world is the issue because then that slot stopped working as well. Through all this all players are able to access save slot one, but if anyone tries to access save slot 3 it gives the same error. 

Note : The first save slot also auto updated to 1.20.4 when i joined it but hasn't had any problems. I've tried switching my game to the previous version and back to the newest release but I haven't been able to get anything to work.
