Cant connect to realm or switch worlds

I recently bought a realm to play with my friends and after 2 days of playing on it we tried to switch worlds and now we cannot connect to the new world or switch to any world or minigame. It has been 2 days and still no fix. I need help to fix this issue as we are very mad that this is not workings.
