Bug with chat censor when writing hex numbers

i was trying to write hex data on a sign,{}

but minecraft cencored it, i tried to translate it to ascii or something else to try and see if it accedentaly meant something but couldnt find anything.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. either write in chat or on a sign the following text "01008040E"
2. watch as it gets removed/cencored
