Cannot connect to Realms or any online servers since update - ps4

This realm will allow one ps4 player and one Xbox player to access but since I completed the update I cannot connect to the realm 
When I try it says connecting to server for a second before going back to the previous screen and not Loading at all no matter how many attempts, have logged out, deleted minecraft, restarted ps4, everything
