Unable to change Permissions as Realm Owner (PS4)

I'm unable to change permissions of players of have access to my realm, I can see the options but can't choose any.

Steps:
1. Click on Edit Realm
2. Go to Mange Realm -> Members
3. Click on Manage Members
4. Open Permissions.

From there I can see the options but cannot choose any.
The only fix is to restart Minecraft.
