Incomplete Realm

My realm expired because the credit card was declined that month, this month you charged me 7.99 so i said ok im gonna use my realm, and then I couldn't enter, it said I had to pay even though I already paid! It even goes to try and charge me another realm even tho I HAVE ONE PAID and I cant use it! I never could link my realm to my existing realm so I deleted it and when I try to make a new one it doesnt connect with the realm I already paid!! All the month I have been trying and nada!! I lost my month because of your bug!! Please help as this is frustrating and I cant put a complain on the same game!
