Losing connection every 20 seconds when playing in realm

I made a Realm Plus with some addons and quite a few players. During our play, realm keeps losing connection every 20 seconds. Everyone playing in the realm suffers. And sometimes even lose player-owned items. I don't spend money to buy a realm full of bugs, do I?
