Survival mode problem on realm java

A user in Survival or Creative gamemode who connects to the realm server cannot interact with levers, doors, etc... If he is not an operator. The levers are unusable and remain blocked. The doors open and return to their original position immediately.

Moreover an operator cannot change the gamemode of a player if this player is not himself an operator.
