Realm will not upload world now can’t get into world at all minecraft exits out entirely stuck on import initializing then never changes. Major lag. Shuts the app down for no reason all the time.

I can. Not upload a world into the realm I bought the realm only for this reason and it will export and then not import it stays on import initializing for hoUrs then Minecraft just shuts completely down. Now I can’t get in to the realm or the world by itself that I was trying to upload there is severe lag all the time and it exits out of the app constantly
