Loot from Ancient City Chest is different from Realms to Local Copy with Same Seed

I have had a realms world for several months that was started on 1.19. After 1.20 was released I went to 2 new ancient cities to find the new armor trims. After frustration I finally downloaded a local copy of the world and found the armor trim I was looking for in a chest at 2919, -51, 607. The same world on realms does not spawn the same loot in the chest. I reproduced this several times from multiple backups on both the locally saved world and the realm in both creative and survival.

 

Attachments show the difference in the chest loot that was almost the exact same between each instance to reproduce on the realm and the local world, the only exceptional change was the enchantments on the leggings.
