Realms will not load

Using a Mac, everything updated.

After loading 1.13, realms would not load. First, when I logged in the game would crash.  I then tried to create new world within realms, and it would not load.  I then tried to switch worlds back to original, and it would not change (eventually times out and says cannot, please try again later or something).

I had a backup of the realm and added to single player and it worked fine.  Tried to reset the realm using backup from single player and it wouldn't let me.

I tried completely reinstalling the game, but this did not work either.  Are all realms dead now? This is very frustrating.
