Can't do anything in some areas

This problem happened in my friend's realms. I can't break blocks, place blocks, eat food or whatever. I can hit animals and friends, but they can't hit me in problem areas. But when leaving the problem areas I can play games normally. And it is sometimes , sometimes I can come in and play normally. But only ten minutes ,Then had the same problem. I forgot to mention that the problem area is my home, I can't go home lol. It has been since I updated the version to 1.20.0. (ah! In my world, I can play normally naka) what should i do????
