My Save Crushed!

Once the version was updated to 1.13.0, I updated my launcher and started the game.

When I use Realms to enter my save as usual, it keep loading for a very long time.

And Finally it said problem occured with red in color. Then I retry many times and the result was the same. I tried use the previous auto backup but it juts keep said cannot connect to Realms.

I really don't know how to do. This was a over 2 years save I created with my friend. Please give me some help.
