Realm Constant crash and rollback

Me and my friends have been experiencing rollbacks and crashes every day. Up to 5-6 times in 4 hours. The realm starts to lagg, and shuts down. Then rollback 30 or so minutes. Its really frustrating. We cant build or annything because we have to redo all the time.
