Character can't interact with anything

My account ZeRuela321, in the Realm "Realm de BMP", created by my son's account HeroiGodofredo, suddenly cannot interact with anything in the world. Can't open doors, chests, can't attack mobs, place/drop objects, etc. However, it is still detected and can be harmed by aggressive mobs such as ghasts. But can't deflect fireballs. I tested from a PC and also from Xbox. The behavior is the same in both platforms.

We didn't change any realm setting and everything works perfectly for all other players in the realm. Can you please fix this bug?
