Username is being spoofed for malicious intent

My Xbox Live username has been compromised by someone who is not me. I know they are not actually in my account because they do not appear to have the proper chat message in their vigorous chat spamming (with the use of /me to bypass my chat moderation via script API) encouraging others to report my account. They appear as Member, while if they were logged into my actual account they would be Owner. However, I feel this insecurity is being used maliciously to attempt to get my account banned falsely. As far as I am aware, whoever is responsible has been only encouraging others to report me, but they can easily be saying various slurs or language prohibited to get me banned. Although I have no current clue or idea of how this is happening, I just wanted to raise awareness of the insecurity and hope it gets handled. I wanted to get assurance if I am at risk to being banned from Minecraft or Xbox Live.
