I can't connect to the realms keeps telling me that it can't connect and a failed attempt

I really want to play realms, but for some reason every one that I go to will not go through, I have done everything, I have updated the game, I have updated my computer, there is no firewall, also I have the best internet that is for gaming and streaming also my computer is one of the the newest gaming computers there is and I have no issues with any other games just this one, please help me to get this issue fixed.
