Pay with bug

Hi
I have paid for realms(Bedrock ver.) since April and it doesnt work in May, cant join my world.
So i pay again, then i find that it creat a new realms and take my money twice.
Now i have 2 realms in my minecraft and i pay double money for your bug.
Please do something fix it.
