All I'm trying to do is play my minecraft world on the Realms with my friends!

I can't replace my world/realm,
I can't upload my world/realm,
I can't reset my world/realm,
I can't reset my world/realm,
I can't load my world/realm,
I can't transfer my world/realm to xbox to windows 10 or windows to xbox,
And most of all my friends can't even join my world/realm!!!

What's the point of buying the realm when you can't possibly can't do anything!
My internet connection is all good, I sign in/out of my accounts multiple times and nothing works!
