while swiming under water while sprinting when you press crouch it will get you stuck in a block and will have to sprint again to try and go up but it will make you start taking damage in the block under water

(to best describe this i will be showing consle controls for xbox ) while swiming using the left joystick pushed down if you swim down by pushing the right joystick down it will take you down but then  lot of times you will get stuck and start taking damage and when it happens you have to reset your swim by crouching and sprinting and by the you take damage by the time you go up i play on  a realm that my friends set up on bedrock i dont know if it only on bedrock realms but its very annoying to deal with and i have been killed multiple times by it but i am typing on a schools cromebook so i dont have proof
