as soon as a player joins my realm i do not get resource blocks and no sounds

i am playing cross platform i am on pc and my friend is on xbox one. i have a realm on windows version for pc the version that allows you to play cross platform i believe its windows 10 version usually i just play java and i do not have these problems. We are both able to join each others world but when i start the realm it is first okay when i am the only one in the realm BUT when anyone joins i am no longer receiving the resource block all sounds stop and i freeze in game so the other player thinks i am just stood still but i am moving around invisible to them its not my pc it is easily capable to handle this all on java edition only cross platform i thought this would give me more people to play with and i have sacrificed playing java edition recently and its really buggy al;so several images i will include show various other glitches these are just things that happen from time to time i cant even explain what is going on
