Realm wasn't able to renew

When I tried to renew my realm by clicking renew under "my subscriptions" everything worked until I clicked buy. Nothing happened after that, even after waiting 10 minutes. I then closed the windows again after I got the confirmation email to purchase my realm subscription. But the realm was not renewed, instead I got a completely new realm subscription. This was not what I wanted and not what I confirmed when I agreed to the purchase.
