Problems trying to access realms

Buenas tardes.

I would like to report that I have been wanting to enter "realms" for several weeks since I am getting "You cannot play in realms due to your Microsoft account settings. Make sure your online security settings allow multiplayer and clubs. See instructions for changing this setting at aka.ms/MultiplayerHelp." I already investigated several options but I can't solve this problem, I even reset my console, but it doesn't work, could you help me, please.

The problem is in version 1.19.62

I would be grateful if you could help me, I really don't know what to do anymore.

As for the affected version, the version I have does not appear, that's why I put that one.
