I was charged for realm, but it was not created

Hi!

I’m reaching out to you with the same problem as always. Each time I try to create a realm or renew the expired one I am getting charged but it always says the same problem - we are sorry we couldn’t create your realm right now, please enter the game later. But it never works.

This time particularly I tried to renew my realm (which was also problematic, and your team created it for me) via Apple subscriptions tab. I was charged again (photos attached) and when I entered the game of course there was no active realm there.

Also. When I was creating that realm i set it for 2 friends max. But you team made it for 10 friends. That’s why I didn’t want to renew it via the game cuz I don’t want to pay more. And in my Apple subscriptions I still had 2 friends written. Also I play on my iPad and when we create a realm we can’t see for how many days we create, it supposed to automatically renew but it never does which is another problem.

I never had a pleasant experience with realms and it’s honestly very upsetting. Is there a way to make it work smoothly? I want my realm to automatically renew each month and I I want I can cancel it and then WITHOUT problems renew it again.

• My realm world is called "buddies" and I actually can’t even see that name in realms menu since the beginning.
• I play on my iPad.
