I have purchased a realm, but it haven't given me one.

I have purchased the 2 player realm. It has taken the price to buy this option but it has not given me back what I bought, starting with "it looks like we didn't finish things last time. Let's complete creating your realm now" to then loading. Then to "your purchase was successful, but we weren't able to create your realm, we will create your realm as soon as possible-" etc. i politely ask to resolve this quickly, my account is Crystal_CL0. This problem continued for about 3 hours now.
