Error Occurred

My realm expired and I had already downloaded the world as back up. I tried for monthst to get it into a new realm and every time I would get an error occurred. Now after the deep dark update my word will load for a few seconds before it crashes. I have put alot into this world and I cant get it to play. Even backups. Any help??
