Microsoft account login error

I was trying to play realms. I noticed I did not automatically login to my Microsoft account. I agreed to the terms. I tried to login but it said that my account has been already connected and that I should log in to the lastly used account. My account was lastly used yesterday and it was still the same account as always. Now I can't create a new one or log in to my current one.
