Crashary bot. Realm server stability

There is a Realm server stability issue going on that is getting out of hand now. A hacker group by the name of Crashary has developed a Realm DOS discord bot using a combination of the realms api and broken packets. They have over 400+ realms logged to their database on a constant crash loop.

CVE-2022-23884 Mojang Bedrock Dedicated Server 1.16.0-1.18.12 is affected by an large loop and crash server caused by PurchaseReceiptPacket::_read (packet deserializer).
