Realm Performance with 8 players slow

Hi there,

we are currently playing with 8 players on my Realm on version 1.19.3 ( which I can not even choose in your versions?).  It is called: Cool_cats World.

The game is currently lagging 20:54 CET like crazy. 

As I am paying for this realm I expect it to work. Can you please have a look at it.
