Minecraft Realms Error

I receive the below error when trying to access my friends Realm. 

Failed to connect to the server 

Incompatible client! Please use 1.19.2

I am on 1.19.3 (the latest update). why would the most recent update not work? How do I revert to an older version so I can play? This has been happening for the last week.
