All realm back ups are missing and progress is lost

I decided to play on my realm after a few weeks of not playing and it has reverted to a back up from almost 2 months ago. I am unable to set it to the correct back up because all subsequent back ups after October 8th are missing and I have lost countless hours of progress. I haven't checked on my realm since before the latest update and it has to be causing this bug. Is there a way to get my progress back? I've worked so hard on this realm!
