Can't interact with blocks but can open doors

I'm owner of a private realms server and experience an issue where I can't mine / place blocks or alter terrain in any way. 

I am however able to open chests, doors, pick up items etc but not put up signs. I can fight enemies and kill them. 

I don't know what happened, please help.

I've remember using some console command occasionally but it seem to stop working suddenly, maybe when tping back from nether to overworld? I've also tried resetting any input settings and game work as normal in other world but not this one.

I fear that the save is somehow corrupted :'(
