Errors in realm/s

I'm trying to reupload the world I downloaded from my realm to update the pack and to add a blank pack to it so who have the actual pack will not be removed by the world.

So about downloading it and reuploading it, it always say my connection has a problem try again later and then after trying it many times it says "An error occurred". I tried removing the packs but it still doesn't work, and so I cancelled my subscription on my current realm and I tried creating another one, hoping it is going to work, but it shows the same issue.

When I'm also closing the realm on "Manage Realm/Subscription" it also says error even I newly created my realm.

I wonder if I could get a refund for my previous subscription that hasn't expired till Nov 28 and/or fix the realm. It happened on Nov 12 20:24:35; even this day it still doesn't work.
